The information given to D&P Fashion Accessories LLC is used solely by D&P Fashion Accessories LLC to process your order for shipping and notification purposes. D&P Fashion Accessories LLC will not pass your information to 3rd Party Vendors. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and you include a telephone number where you can be reached.

Once the USPS tracking info confirms delivery, it is not our responsibilty to find packages that are claimed to be lost or not arrived. That is a matter to be taken up with the Local Post master.***
When you place an order, D&P fashion Accessories LLC usually ships your merchandise via ground within 3-4 days of receiving your payment. Express shipping is available upon request. We use Federal Express for express shipment. We use USPS for ground shipping.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you can return it for an exchange or store credit. Merchandise must be posted within 2 days after the receipt of your merchandise. Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Unfortunately we cannot credit your return postage.
Although we check our merchandise for defects or damages prior to shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product as well to make sure it is free of any defect. All defected merchandise must be reported to us via email within one (1) day from the date you receive your shipment. We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the one-day period is over.
Before returning your defective merchandise, send us an e-mail requesting a Return Authorization Number and return the merchandise within 2 days from the date you received the merchandise for a credit.
Once we receive your defective merchandise and it is in a condition acceptable by D&P Fashion Accessories LLC, we will ship you a replacement. If you choose not to have a replacement, we will issue a store credit. Again, customers are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us. Unfortunately we cannot credit your return postage.
How to Return a Merchandise
1. Customer must email us at customerservice@dpfashionaccessories.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
2. RMA number must be written on the outside of the package. Return merchandise will not be accepted without the RMA#. Please return all merchandise to:
