Shipping Information:

Although we check our merchandise for defects or damages prior to shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product as well to make sure it is free of any defect. All defected merchandise must be reported to us via email within three(3) days from the date you receive your shipment. We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the three-day period is over.

When you place an order, D&P Fashion Accessories LLC usually ships your merchandise via ground within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your payment. Express shipping is available upon request. We use Federal Express for express shipment. We use USPS or UPS for ground shipping.
